for renewal of passenger certificate by Wilton and Hall
who are satisfied that full Board of Trade requirements
have been complied with. Requested that Australia may
be asked to recognise the certificate now issued for
full 12 months expiring 15th October 1928 irrespective
of proposed Order in Council.
