Tsai, Wang and Tsu are willing to serve, so that completes the Chinese membership. I am sending them formal letters of invitation on behalf of the advisory committee.

As regards the British members I propose the following names:- T.C. Young, Hubbard, Balme, C.H.Arthold (the latter would represent Shanghai's interests) and Miss Spicer.

If you approve would you approach Hubbard (care of Hongkong and Shanghai Bank, London)
