All these three objections are manifest even to an ordinary man, and it is deplorable that the leaders of our Party have on the contrary neglected them. It appears to us that we are in a critical time. If we seek to settle the Peking problem before we resolve the questions of our Party, war will have calamitously broken out among us. For the present what we can do is to select a suitable locality in the shortest time and convene an urgent conference of all leaders of our Party with the exception of those who are communists or bestriding members, particularly to solve the questions of the Party and to see who is to be blamed for the recent trouble.
