in detail in order to show our eagerness also. We know
we are approaching a better situation. Cheung (Tsing Kong) Tsoi (Yuen Pui) and Li (Shek Tsang) have agreed with this telegram, though they have not signed it. We beg
that you will show it to all our Comrades who are with
you, and excuse us for having failed to give them each
a separate copy.
