the facts in the past have proved it is not we who have
not tolerated the Communists, but it is the Communists
who have not tolerated us. At first they set intrigues
on foot to reorganize the Central Kuomintang and then to
reform the National Revolutionary Army. When they failed
in their intrigues, they deliberately and recklessly
rebelled against us. Since such is the present position, nothing can be done unless all comrades of our Kuomintang
work hard to eliminate the Communists. I, Shiu Ming, have published in Kao-kiang the rebellion of Ho Lung and Ip Ting. I returned to Wuhan yesterday with Chu Pui Tak,
and after due discussion we have wired to all our Comrades
who unanimously agree with your proposal for convening a
Joint Conference of the Executive Committee and the
Inspectorate. The Central Kuomintang has issued a notification convening the 4th Conference of the Executive Committee and the Inspectorate. I have no disagreement
with the removal of the seat of Goverment to Nanking or
the establishment of the Branch Political Council there.
I do not know what reply Nanking has given you. If they can respect the Central Kuomintang, punish the Communists in the South and attack Shan- tung and Mukden in the North, our revolution will surely be successful, and the question concerning myself individually is one of no great importance. We specially send you this telegram, and hope
to receive your advice.
