to the military Committee who will also look after

all sanitary work, and the Generalissimo will only

be responsible for direction of operations, and by

such a distribution of military power, it will be

and also to realize the overwhelming responsibilities

(4) To wake up the masses and to support the peasants and

workmen. Our revolutionary armies have gone forward

with the revolution in order to benefit the masses,

and therefore we should every where give due regard

to matters which will be advantageous to them. As

peasants and workmen constitute the major portion of

the people, we should show specially greater sympathy

with them. Those whom we want to overthrow are the

unemployed rascals, local bandits and banes of the

peasants and workmen who have been bought and made

tools of by the Communists. We want to overthrow them

in order to give our bona-fide peasants and workmen an

opportunity to prosper and to have their own organisation. We should by no means made the mistake of opposing

organisations of the peasants and workmen but we should

help them at all times. We should all know that in our anti-Communist movement we are not opposing the peasants and workmen. We have been warmly welcomed everywhere

by the peasants and workmen since the outbreak of the

war, and these are the good results of working for the good of the masses. Nobody who works to injure the people is qualified to be a national revolutionary

soldier.
