crafty they may be, will not be able after all to maintain
their positions, but will eventually be wiped out of existence
Before, under the sign-board of the Kuomintang, they were
able to overawe the world with their power, and were a source
of mystery to all countries, not to speak of our own nationals,
who had been deceived by them to such an extent that they
allowed themselves to be victimized and directed by them at
will. But now they cannot continue these evils. Since our
Nationalist Government made Hanking its Capital, all have bee aware that the Nanking Government belongs to the Kuomintang
and that the Government at Wuhan is Communist. There is not
an individual among our masses who does not hate and abominate
the Communists in Tuhan, and therefore all the people, all
Kuomintang Departments, and all troops in various provinces have unanimously appealed to our Nationalist Government to send an expedition to punish them, so as to relieve our people in Funam and Hupeh from a calamity as serious as that
caused by flood and fire. In all countries it is the same. Indeed we can no longer tolerate the mischief which they
commit under the sign-board of our Kuomintang, and we are
obliged to have them exterminated.
The United States of America will never take any
high-handed action as regards the Nanking case. She is prepared to treat us with a peaceful attitude and has expressed her desire to help our Kuomintang to accomplish the Revolution. In view of this, we have only to work on in compliance with the 'Kin Kwok Tai Kong' (Reconstruction Constitution) and the 'Kwok Man Kak Ming Fong Sik' (The National Revolutionary Policies) resolved upon by our late President, in order to ensure the early success of our
National Revolution and the speedy unification of China.
Experience has taught us that our Kuomintang will never be
successful unless we exterminate the Chinese Communists, and
