members of our Kuomintang can tolerate no oppression or
violation, and the attitude of our Kuomintang has been made
as clear as the blue sky and the white sun. Can the masses
of China still make the excuse that they have not known the
true "face and eyes" of our Kuomintang. Now that they know it, will those who are unwilling to leave China and our race
to be destroyed still refrain from foining in the activities of our Kuomintang so as to keep themselves from hardship? I have a very serious grievance to make known to all you Chinese. It is in connection with the present international
situation and the recent critical change at home. All classes of Chinese should not fail to wake up without delay, and to do their utmost to cope with such circumstances after careful organisation. Do you know that we have been ridiculed as being a basin of loose sand. If we want to
maintain the existence of our Chinese race, we must settle this question of loose sand first. Sympathetic and auto- matic organisation of our masses is very necessary for the salvation of our nation, as necessary as the Constants of Heaven and the Righteousness of the Earth. Our peasants and workmen! you should lose no time in organising yourselves to support the National Revolution, no longer let yourselves be deceived by the Communists, and, with the organisations which are under your own control, work in accordance with our late President's economic system to secure your own perpetual
and promising privileges.
Our merchants! you should be quick to organise yourselves to support the National Revolution with your economic power. You should not be short-sighted and that you can still as you did before, neglect your political and social environment and continue your business within your
