oppressed by the Communists. Our Kuomintang has released them from their yoke and is leading them. We will support
the peasants and workmen and promote their welfare.

of the Capitalists or Imperialists. We overthrew them because they have been our enemies. After we have overthrown the Communists, we must overthrow the Imperialists also. Should the Capitalists avail themselves of the opportunity of our Party Purification to oppress our workmen, we should
overthrow them too.

Next Chan Kwo Fu spoke and said that the failure
of the 2nd Revolution was due to lack of proper organisation
in the Kuomintang, and that therefore proper organisation
must first be effected if the accomplishment of the
revolution be desired.
Cheung Ping Fai then expressed that the welcome extended to Generalissimo Tseung was associated with a desire
for the success of China.
Lang Chun warned the meeting to shoulder the responsibility of working hard for the Kuomintang, otherwise the Imperialists, Militarists and reactionists can never be
overthrown.
Chan Tak Ching finally stated that he welcomed Tseung with the same sincerity as that with which he commemorated the death of Chan Ying Shi.
