(3) That advisors should be appointed to the following Departments: (a) Chang Kai Shek's Division, (b) Li
Chai Sham's Army, (c) Chu Pui Tak's Army, (d) Hunan Army and (e) Wu Him's Division. Officers (Russian)
from the Chinese Generalissimo's Headquarters should
hold office as follows:- Advisor in Chang Kai Shek's
Department, Cherepanoff; Tereshatoff to be Assistant Head of the Military Department and Assistant Chief
of Staff; Advisor in Chu Pui Tak's Department, Llacei-
lich; Rogacheff, to be Head of the Military Depart-
ment and Chief of Staff; Advisor for Hunan Army,
Eillbert; Advisor for Chan Ming Shu's Division or
for Li Chai Sham's Army, Neioff. A lecture should
be given once a week on peasant and political
movements. Chubareva should be appointed Secretary
of the Intelligence Section of the Military Depart-
ment, and Stepanoff, Infantry Training Officer in the Generalissimo's Headquarters. Tereshchenho will
be attached to Wu Him's Division and Komi will be
appointed Chief of the Political Department attached to the Chinese Generalissimo's Headquarters. (a part
omitted).
Four resalutions were then passed:
(1) Owing to the high cost of living and other circum-
stances, salaries of all the Russian staff should be
increased by 5% from the 1st of July this year.
