the Provincial Kuomintang. But recently Chan Fu Muk appears to have some misunderstanding with the Municipal
Kuomintang, and the immediate sanction of the request might be very harsh to him. Therefore he referred
it yesterday to the opinions of the Special Council
which unanimously approved of it and instructed the
Municipal Kuomintang to send one or two men to the
office of the paper and work in co-operation with
Chan Fu Muk. On receipt of the instructions, the
Municipal Kuomintang sent Ko Hon and Au Yeung Chung
yesterday to be editors of the paper responsible for leading articles and news items, and they have
started work there from that day. We are told that
in so doing the Government desires to remedy the
misunderstanding between the Municipal Kuomintang
and Chan and bring them to terms again.
