Sir,
Cheung Tin Fan was Staff Officer to Chang Kai
Shek during his regime in Canton, and worked with him in the war against Yeung Hi Man and Lau Chan Wan.
Then Pak Sung Hi was appointed General in command of the East Frank of the Revolutionary Army, Chang made him
Chief of Staff to the former.
He is not a Cantonese, and probably is a native
of Chi-kiang or Hunan.
