RUSSIAN DELEGATES.

The Canton Gazette announces that a delegation representing the Soviet Trade Unions arrived in Canton on the 14th inst., in order to participate in the Pan-Pacific Conference of Trade Unions which is to commence its sessions in Can- ton on May 1st.

The delegation is composed of Comrades Lozovsky, chairman, general secretary of the Red Inter- national of Trade Unions, member of the presidium of the Central Council of Soviet Trade Unions; Andreitchik, secretary of the Rail- way Workers' Trade Union; Bud- hik, member of the presidium of the Central Comity of Metal Workers' Trade Unions; Apletine, secretary of the Educational Workers' Trade Union of U.S.S.R. and member of the executive committee of the Paris International Educationalists; Mar- koff, chairman of the Moscow Tex- tile Trade Union; Koroleff, mem- ber of the presidium of the Lenin- grad Council of the Trade Unions; and Ismailoff, member of the Re- gional Soviet Council of Far Eastern Trade Uniona
