Chief Political Department develops anti-British

Propaganda.

The Chief Political Department is concentrating all

its attention on the despatch by England of troops to China.

On the 17th instant they convened a joint provisional meeting of the Managers, Secretaries and Sectional Heads of the various Political Departments at the rear. The meeting

commenced at 3 p.m. in the Yeung Fa Teng (foreign Hall), and Sun Ping Man, Manager of the Political Department at the Rear, presided. All comrades present expressed themselves

as favourable to a union of all the masses to promote an

anti-British movement. It was resolved finally that a *Propaganda Committee for pretesting against the sending of British troops to China", should be appointed to be respon-

sible for the matter. Lau Hong Hau and others

(1) To wire to the

(4) To convene a joint meeting of the Seamen's Union and

their political officers.

(6) To establish a Central anti-British Propaganda
