destruction upon themselves. And the greater their
reactionary work is, the quicker will be their destruction. The only course for them to pursue if they want to survive
long and die a natural death, is to yield to the demands of the majority and act in accordance with them.
The British Imperialists, after the tragedy
of January the 3rd., spread rumours to mislead the various Powers into joining with them to deal with us in
the same way as they did with the boxers. They
wanted to induce the Powers to interfere with our
revolutionary movement by force to that they could develop their tyrannous imperial power and suppress the influence of the propertyless classes in their own
country.
The Imperialists of other countries have also
been against us. They have helped Chang Tso-lin, Sun
Chuen Fang and Tang Chi Yao with arms and ammunition,
and have prejudiced the prospects of our National Revolution in the South-east. England, France, the United States of America, Japan, Italy and Portugal
have all sent troops to China. Is this not a breach of
International Law? Do they regard the fact at all that
China still belongs to us Chinese? All propertyless
classes and anti-Imperialists in those countreis and
all oppressed races in the world have learnt to understand
the intrigues of the Imperialist and will not be misled
by them. We hope all anti-Imperialists in the world
will rise in a body against them.
Of late the workmen of all countries have sent
their representatives to China to give us greetings and
the benefit of their guidance. We have great confidence in the words of the English Labour Representative: "We will help the Chinese with all our power" and those of the
