can be counted as militarists.

If I have no Imperialists

behind me, nobody can charge me with being a militarist,

and without the support of new Imperialists, no new militar- ists can be brought to birth. I can assure you that I can

never have Imperialists behind me, and I am confident

that I shall never enter the ranks of the militarists.

As I have just said already, our Kuomintang has

its own peculiar traditions and principles. The principles determined upon by cur President are expressed in "The

Three Aspects of Democracy". Our Revolution is based

on these principles and our system of re-organization

on the "Five Constitutional Powers". Our ways of Revolu-

tion are Nationalist, and our watchwords are "Down with

Kilitarism", "Down with Imperialism" and "Uphold all the

rights of the Peasants". The fundamental object emphasised

in "The Three Aspects of Democracy" is the realization of the natural rights of all, and this doctrine is the

source from which all our career has sprung. The ultimate

aim of our Revolution is to realize this principle of

our Fresident and advance the natural rights of all.

Our President has given us a clear explanation as to the

ways in which this is to be attained. Of these ways one

is fair distribution of the rights in land, and the

other the limiting of shares in capital. As to the steps

to be taken for the development of our Revolution, he has

also explained these to us in still fuller detail. Three

different periods have been appointed for our Revolution,

viz:- (1) Military Administration, (2) Political Training

and (3) after the accomplishment of Political Training,

Constitutional Government, which will be the final stage.
