telegrams for us should be addressed thus:- China Press,
Berlin, and they will find us. As the survival of
our Kuomintang and country depends on this, we beg
that you will pay particular attention to it. (part
ammitted). Be quick with your international propaganda work so that the revolutionary influence in Shanghai and Nanking may not be destroyed by the Imperialists.
