Repeated reports have been made in our telegram on

the unreasonable shooting of our follow-countrymen by British
marines at Hankow on the 3rd. Now lutter dated the 7th. has been received by Comrade Fu (2), our Correspondent
at Hankow, giving us in account under different hedings of
the masstore. We trust tim.t our evolution.ry proletariat
at the base will arr..ngt h..ve it published, so that the
general community my rolize the cruelty of the Imperialiste.

On the 3rd. int. the marines in the British Concession
had a dispute with the populace in consequence of their inter-
furence with Chinese lectur.rs, and killed and wounded several
Chinese with their bayonet. This roused great inuignation
among the Chinese masses who were ali unarmed, but fortum.tely
the British Consul-General, Gofic, atopped the marines from
firing and later Taui Him (if) na Toung Tsok Pan
