The proposed establishment of the Commission to investigate financial affairs under the Ministry of Finance
has been repeatedly mentioned in our previous reports. Now
明 a report has been again received from our comrade Hak Ming
in Hankow which reads as follows:-
The Commission was established yesterday.
It has
been decided that for the time being the Commission should

consist of 4 members, viz. T.V. Soong Minister of Finance
陳其援
will be the chairman, Chan Ki Woon, member of the Central
Executive Committee, and 2 Russian Financial Advisers. 寒援
it.
Chan
Ki Woon has also been nominated as Secretary to the Commiss- ion to take charge of all its routine works. The number of the Commission will be increased later and 2 Assistant Secretaries and a number of clerks will be added to assist the Secretary in dealing with routine work.
