armaments and make all military preparations, ever ready and eager to seize that opportunity to accomplish our
national revolution. We must not lose the opportunity
which will come within the time I have indicated. Do not
entertain the notion that any time will be opportune for
the expulsion of Imperialism. Far from it we must take
the opportunity which will be afforded us within the
coming 3 years. We revolutionists must struggle
strenuously before we can succeed. If we only long for
the overthrow of Imperialism, and do not make a vigorous movement to..ard that end, no matter how many opportunities
may be given us, they will be of no use, and our revolut-

opportunity is coming very soon, and we are not far from
success. We have 1,000 days more, in which to accomplish
our revolution. But 1,000 days will soon pass, and
therefore I must appeal to all of you to exert yourselves
within that limited time to fulfil our revolutionary task
and to accomplish the mission entrusted to us by our
President, so that we may have no reason to be ashamed of
our apostleship for him. This is the first thing I have

and does not do his work as it comes in but leaves it
over, he will be negligent in his work. Again take a man
in the Aide-de-Camp Department as example. If he is
slack with his work and only works when under supervision;
and chats and sleeps and lets things slide when he gets
