(Extract from Tsun Wan Yat Po, Hong Kong 24th January, 1927.)
According to information from the Japanese,
Soviet Russia has ordered urgent war preparations to
be made by the Troops at the frontier between China
and Russia. The Ninth Division has also been sent to
Chita from Russia in Europe to threaten the Mukdenese
troops.
