cultivation, all workmen will have work, all merchants will
have business and all students will have education and not
become useless. In other words, we shall solve the quest- ion of social reform by giving everyone equal opportunity
to make his living. But the British Imperialists have
again libelled us as Reds for this. If such is the work
of 'Reds', all peasants, workmen, merchants and students
will unanimously desire its accomplishment.

called Anti-Reds are all militarists, officials, local
rascals, bad gentry, comprado res and re-actionaries. They
call themselves Anti-Reds, but they do not know that they
are the enemies of the people. All on the side of the Anti-
Reds are Imperialists. On which side should our peasants,
workmen, merchants and students stand? Unless they are
militaries, officials, local rascals, bad gentry and tame
dogs of Imperialists, they should all stand on the fighting
line of the National Revolutionalists, and work vigorously
to overthrow the work of the Imperialists.
"The Chinese Kuomintang is a Party which will give
the masses guidance, put them into proper organisation, promote their interests and secure their emancipation. Therefore the policy of the Kuomintang is what the people want. I hope all our people will support our revolution, which is promoted to realise the desires of the people. And with the support of all our people, it is certain that we
shall succeed and never fail again.
