4. No bank shall exclude any employee from any
Government holiday, or prevent him from taking part in any
procession or meeting. No wages of any employee in any
bank who volunteers his services to the Association, shall
be deducted for absence from duty. But of each bank only
1 man shall volunteer his services to the Association, and
shall not absent himself for more than 2 days each month.
Increase shall be granted from the 9th moon this year according to the following scale set out by the Bank
Employees' Association, taking the present wages of various employees as standard:-

In case of any bank which has granted any increase in excess
of the above rates, it shall remain as it is, and shall not
be subject to any deduction. In payment of all wages, the currency issued by the bank concerned shall be taken as the
standard.
6. Of all commission acquired in any bank for mortgage which was fixed before to be divided among the employees, apart from the 2 shares to which the Manager, Assistant Manager, Accountant, Assistant Accountant, Treasurer, and
Assistant Treasurer, are each entitled, all the balance shall be divided among the employees, one share for each. The accounts of such commission shall be published once every
6 months, and the money appropriated.
7. Any employee in any bank shall be paid double pay for the 12th moon each year (unless his service is less than
6 months).
