days' vacation leave each year. If any member has not had vacation up to 15 days, he shall be given an additional wages in proportion. In case of any bank in which it has been the practice to give its employees more than 15 days' vacation leave, it shall then remain as before.
9. In case any employee in any bank, who resides in it, suffers any loss on account of fire or flood, the bank shall give him a compensation of $60.
10. Any demand for increase of wages or for any
conditions that may be made by the employees of any bank in future, shall be first communicated to the Peasants and Workmen Bureau confidentially. If the latter cannot settle it, the Goverment shall be requested to appoint an Arbitration Board to decide it. When settlement has been reached, all wages for the duration of arbitration shall be

11. All other privileges in any bank than those in these Conditions, that have been used to be given to its employees
shall continue to have effect.
12. The above Conditions shall be signed by all banks and the Canton Bank Employees' Association and shall be enforced from the 15th December 1926.
