of us should go by it. We have all heard people say, "Men
plant trees, but their successors enjoy their shade". Sun has opened this bright path for China after 40 years' researches and experience. He has introduced the Three Democratic Principles, edited the Kin Kwok Fong Leuk
(Schemes for Rehabilitation of China) and left to us troops
which have been trained to co-operate with the people and
lead the van in our national revolution. By this bright open path we shall be able to acquire happiness for the people of the Republic. All members of our Kak Ming Tong who survive, should press on, as long as they are alive. Now we, your employees, have given to you, Masters,
a full account of all the past and present condition of
the business and its future. You who have had any doubt
before, must now have got a better understanding. And what we now want from you is your advice.
What I have been talking today is all on the career
of our Chinese Republic, and I hope that all of you will
with all sincerity give it a frank and open-minded
consideration under the blue sky and the white sun.
