With reference to inc letter from this Lepartment
of the 6th February, I en directed by r.Secretary
Amery to transit to you, for the observations of
Cov.tel. 6 Feb. the Army Council, the accompanying copy of a telegram
from the Rovernor of fong ho outlining the hostile
acts of the lanton Goverment and suggesting a course
of procedure to be adopted to meet the situation.
