With reference to ar Office letter No.
100/H/9577 (3.D.2) of the 30th ultimo, regarding
Honorary Cadet R. Ho Tung's application to undergo
a course of instruction with the Royal Tank Corps,
I am directed by Secretary Sir austen Chamberlain
to state that the cadet in question appears to be
a British subject, and to suggest that, if the Army
Council consider it desirable, the question should
be referred to the Colonial Office, to whom copy
of this correspondence has been sent.
