opium, so far as the Nemazi family
is concerned, is now confined to the
firm of Aqa Ali Nemazi in Bombay and
to certain relatives in Persia, it
seems clear that no branch of the
family would be averse to re-engaging
in the Traffic should opportunity
offer

if indeed they are not still
so engaged clandestinely.

your Government will not relax its
vigilence in this matter.
