Dear Paskin,
We have no observations to offer on the
draft despatch to Hongkong about Nemazee, enclosed
in your letter No. C/F/13188/26 of December 11th.
We should like to have a copy of it in its final
form so that we may send the correspondence to Tehran
and Bushire.
It will of course not be necessary for you
to send us officially another copy of the Governor's
despatch of October 27th last.
