acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 18th of larch, (454,703/14) re arding a seizure of
opium at New York on the 23rd of November, 1925,
and to request you to inform Secretary Sir Gilliam
Joynson Hicks that a copy of the letter and enclosures (with photo ras in original) will be
forwarded to the Governor of on, on, who will
be asked to furnish any observations that he may
have to offer on the matter.
