finding of the drug within those limits is in itself
sufficient evidence of importation. It does not say that
there is no offence unless the contraband is found within the
limits, nor does it exclude any other evidence of importation.
For these reasons I am of opinion that section 12
cannot be interpreted in the manner contended for by the
defence, and as the facts are not in dispute I must hold that
an offence has been committed.
