We have the honour to place before you, on
behalf of our Principals the Osaka Shosen Kaisha,
Osaka, Japan, the following facts regarding a fine
levied against the Master of their ss. "AMAZON MARU"
by the Court at Singapore for the importation of a
Deleterious Drug contrary to the provisions of the
Ordinance.

of our Principals North European Service, running
between Japan and China and North European Ports.
the ordinary course of her voyage she loaded at Antwerp
at the end of April 1925 amongst other cargo 25 casks
described on the Bill of Lading as containing Carbolic
