Sir,

With reference to your despatch No.52 of the

27th February on the subject of seizures of Chinese opium at

Hong Kong, I have the honour to forward a specimen of the

export duty revenue stamps in use at Amoy, together with a

copy of a report by the Superintendent of Imports and Exports

A copy of this despatch together with a

specimen stamp is being sent to His Majesty's Minister,

Peking.
