With reference to your confidential despatch dated 1st July, 1925, and to my confidential despatch dated 1st February, 1926, I have the honour to forward for your information copies of minutes by the Superintendent of Imports and Exports concerning recent seizures of cocaine together with copies of a statement of the results of comparative tests made by the Monopoly Analyst. The labels found on the packages containing the samples analysed are attached to the statement.
I also enclose copies of a letter to
His Britannic Majesty's Consul-General, Kobe, concerning seizures of cocaine apparently of Japanese Origin,
