I am commanded by the Army Council to refer
to your letter No. C.1003/26 dated 17th March, 1926,
on the subject of piracy in waters adjacent to the
Colony of Hong Kong, forwarding a copy of the Notes
of the Meeting held at the Colonial Office on the
13th January, 1926.
