Sir,
With reference to your letter No. C.1003/26
of the 17th March, 1926, I am commanded by My Lords
Commissioners of the Admiralty to request that you
will inform the Secretary of State for the Colonies
that They concur in the draft letters which he
proposes to address to the Government of Hongkong
on the subject of piracy in Hongkong waters.
2. My Lords would be glad to have a further
copy of the notes of the meeting held at the Colonial
Office on the 13th January, 1926, and also duplicate
copies of the above mentioned despatches to the
Government of Hongkong, in order that they may be
forwarded to the Commander-in-Chief, China.
