Translation

Notice of decisions sent to Branches of the (Kuo Min

Tang) at all places overgeag.

1.

Reports received from overseas branches during the last

two years show increases in numbers and evidences of activity.

branches suffer, however, from opposition to the

revolutionary party, spies of imperialistic governments or spies of Chen Chiung Ming, and are oppressed by parties

pledged to uphold royalties, and imperialistic governments.

However,

the objects of the Tang can be clearly stated to

clear out the opposition to the revolutionary party and to

overturn imperialistic governments, that is, the death

sentence of supporters of the imperialistic governments.

The latter in terror employ methods of barbarism to

maintain themselves. Hereafter adherents overgeas must do

their utmost to carry out the objects of the Tang.

revolutionaries.
