sir,
I am commanded by the Army Counsil to refer to your letter F.310/11/10 dated February 18th 1926, on the subject of the proposed establishment of an aerodrome in the vicinity of Hong Kong.
I am to state that in accordance with the decision of the 27th Meeting of the Chiefs of Staff Sub-Committee, the whole question of the defence of Hong Kong will be examined in the first place by a Sub-Committee of the Staffs of the three Services, which examination will include the consideration of the establishment of an serodromë -
