Please telegraph review of boycott situation to reach me on October 11th showing how far Cantonese undertaking to terminate boycott has been fulfilled, what steps Canton government have taken to curb anti-British egitation, to what extent trade has been resumed, the attitude of the Customs to the taxation proposals, end what line ; ou suggest should be adopted.
