with reference to my despatch No. 41 of the 9th of
44 March 1925, I have the honour to transmit to Your Excellency,
to be laid before your Ministers, the accompanying copy of an
extract from the Official Report of the proceedings in Dail Eirean
on the 15th of December last together with copies of despatches exchanged with the Governor Genaral of the Irish Free State regarding the registration with the League of Nations of the
Agreement of the 3rd of December 1925, amending and supple- menting the Articles of Agreement for a Treaty between Great Britain and Ireland signed in London on the 6th of December
1921.
