Hu Shih expressed his

A proof copy of the Delegation's report is enclosed
herewith. It is still under consideration by the Buxton
Advisory Committee end it should therefore at present be
regarded as confidential.

Sir Cecil Clementi will no doubt have sent a copy of his letter of ay 12th to Lord Willingaon regarding the requirements of the University, either to His Majesty's
Kinister at Pekin, or to the Secretary of the Delegation,
for the future consideration of the Board of Trustees, when
established.
