With raferance to your despatch No. 1019 (7.5877 /
838/10) of December 14th, 1925, requesting me to call the
attention of Sir Skinner Turner to the valus set by the
Government of India upen the existing power of dealing with
seditious Indians in China (namely, Articles 79 and 80 of
the China Order-in-Council, 1925), I have the honour, at the
request of Sir skinner mirner, te enquire what powers exist
in India of desling with seditious Chinese there. It might
strengthen his hande in dealing with Chinese Criminal Lew
if he could be informed as to this.
