Dear Mr.Fennelly,
Downing Street,33
February, 1926.-
- 1 MAR 1926
We are sending to you to-day the official letter, about which I spoke to you, asking the Imperial ShippingCommittee to advise on Hong Kong Port Development
policy.
As we arranged, only one copy of each of the enclosures is being sent with the official letter, and I
am sending to you with this letter 30 additional copies of such of the documents as we had to have copied in the
Colonial Office.
I explained that we happen to have a spare copy of No.4, so we are leaving you to arrange for the
duplication of that Report.
As regards No.5, we have, I find, only 5 more
apare copies in our Library, so we cannot supply the full
number which would be required for the use of the members
of the Committee. As you told me that you would in any
case have to prepare a summary of it for this purpose,
we are only sending you one copt, We could let you have
a few more if you wish.
Since our conversation, I have been Mr. Duncan
CHELLY, ESQ..
