The Chinese Information Bureau presents its compliments to the Secretary of State for the Colonies and hes the honor to transmit herewith a copy of a telegram from Canton indicating the action which the Canton Government proposes to take with regard to the surpression of banditry in South China, and explaining its attitude with regard to the Hong Hong Government in this matter.
