The Chinese Information Bureau presents its compliments to the First Lord of the Admiralty and has the honour to transmit herewith a copy of a telegram from Canton indicating the action which the Canton Government proposes to take with regard to the suppression of banditry in South China, and explaining its attitude with regard to the Hong Kong Government in this matter.
