Translation.

Rules for suppressing purchase and sale of British goods and circulation of British bank- notes.

1. In order to protect Chinese against the barbarious "invasion policy" of the British Imperialista, all our fellow- countrymen shall automatically sever all their financial relation with England.

Zo All our fellow-countrymen shall unanimously and automatically sever their relations with the British Imperial- ists in connection with sales and purchases.

3. All our fellow-countrymen shall unanimously and automatically refuse to use any British bank-notes.

4. All our fellow-countrymen in the comercial circle, who have previously bought any British goods and have not sold them, shall fill the Enquiry form drawn up by our commission and send it in for our information, They shall sell all such goods before the 30th of the 12th moon of the 15th year of the Chinese Republic (1926), on the expiration of which such goods shall be sent to the Auction Rooms appointed by the Commission for auction. Any failure to do so shall be treated as damage to patriotic movement, and such betrayal punishment will be inflicted as our fellow countrymen of all classes may decide upon. Separate rules for auction rooms and auction will be made.

5. Any of our fellow-countrymen who has any British bank- notes in hand, shall get them changed within 3 months after the date of the publication of these Rules, at such banks as issued any bank-notes. After the expiry of the time, no British bank-notes shall be allowed to be used in any trade in the country except in money-changers' business.
