It was resolved that the Commission should
send a letter to fix up the matter.
(7) The Commission to pay for flags, badges, note-
books and pencils to be bought cost about $30.
It was resolved that the Commission should pay accordingly.
(8) Time to be fixed for meeting of Commanders.
It was resolved that the President should fix
it, and thereupon the 28th was appointed.
(9) A list to be made of all streets in various
districts and a commander to be appointed for
each picket.
It was resolved that the President should be
responsible for this work.
