(1) Organization of pickets and their work.
It was resolved that the scheme suggested should be adopted.
(2) Number of picket commanders and their
distribution.
It was resolved that 12 commanders should
be appointed of whom 2 should be sent by the Canton Foreign Employees Association,

2 by the Hong Kong General Labour Association, 2, by the Municipal Merchants' Co-operative Association, 1 by the Engineers' Association 2 by the Canton Students' Association, 2 by the Chung Shan University Students' Association and 1 by the Municipal Commercial Association. (3) Travelling expenses for investigatora.
It was resolved that each investigator should be paid 40 cents a day through his Commander. (4) Enlistment of Members.
It was resolved that each Commander should secure his pickets from the members of the Association to which he belonge, and at the next meeting of Commanders, he should submit
a list showing the number of men he has secured,
(5) The Public Peace Bureau to be called upon to
supply a register of shops and a map of various
districts in the City.
It was resolved that the Commission should
write to the Public Peace Bureau to fix up
the matter.
(6) The Director of Education to be requested to
grant leave to any investigator who is a student.
