Meeting of the various lunicipal Departments of the Kuomintang.

On the 3rd instant, Comarde Sun Chit Shang, business-delegate of the Kuomintang Municipal Department (Canton), made a political report at the 3rd Party Meeting of the various Departments of the Kuomintang in Canton. It reads as follows:-
My comrades! Great military success was achieved last week at the front, and Nanchang has been captured. The different troops are being mobilized at the lower bend of Chang Kiang river, and before long a decisive battle will be fought with Sun Chun Fong's main army; and on the defeat of this main army his power will be shattered. The engagement should begin in 8 or 9 days. Some time ago the false Government at Peking made an announcement of their proposed re-construction, but up to the present they have done nothing. The Press has also spread a report that Chang Tao Lin would come from Hukden to Peking via. the (Shan Hoi Kwang) pass, but he is still in Mukden. This proves that nothing has yet been done in the North. The Kuamin- chum is at present very active in Shen-ai in the North-west, and before long they will be able to march to Tung Kwang and Hon Chung and join with our Northern Expedition in Hu-peh and Ho-nan. As to Fukien and Chi-kiang, Chau Yan Yan of Fukien at first plotted to invade Kwong Tung in order to create a disturbance in our rear. Later our troops which
