I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled an Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary sum of Eight hundred and thirty-two thousand two hundred and forty-nine Dollars and fifty-two Cente todefray the Charges
of the year 1925, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is
one which is not contrary to the Governor's instructions.
2.
This Ordinance is in the usual form.
3.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excel-
lency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His
Majesty and on His behalf.
